Partnered on Curipamba project

On March 23, 2022, Invert announced it had been engaged by Adventus Mining Corporation and Salazar Resources Limited to help develop a greener future for their Curipamba copper-gold project in central Ecuador. The partnership was to develop a pathway and set targets towards a True Net Zero mining future at Curipamba, covering Scopes 1 and 2 and ultimately Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions.

Co-developed forest projects

On November 28, 2023, Invert announced a partnership with Carbonethic to co-develop Canadian Improved Forest Management projects in cooperation with Kaska Dena Council Nations in British Columbia, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. The project was described as an active conservation initiative and would include community knowledge transfer, capacity building in forest management, and the creation of a digital twin of the physical forest.

Published CFO sustainability insight

Invert Insights published an article on sustainability and the Chief Financial Officer, discussing how CFOs can combine carbon and financial data, centralize carbon reporting, and integrate carbon management into financial and operational decisions. The article said companies need ERP systems that integrate carbon and financial data for granular tracking of carbon emissions across the value chain.
