The IEP is collaborating with partners to help providers and employers turn social recruitment into real opportunities. It supports collaboration between employers, providers and regional stakeholders to improve employment outcomes and help organisations understand the Social Recruitment Framework.

Impact People and Change

Impact People & Change is a micro-business based in Nottingham, founded by Natasha Chadwick. Over the last five years it has worked with over 75 young people on a programme combining one-to-one support, employer contact and a practical social action project to develop skills for work and create an impact in the community.

Rene House fundraising

For the last two years, the programme has partnered with Rene House CIC, a social housing provider in Nottingham. Through activities such as awareness talks and community quizzes, participants have raised over £650 and provided hygiene packs to donate to service users.
