By 2025, employees are paid a living wage, and there is confirmation of a living wage policy from 100% of Tier 1 (direct) suppliers. 100% of Tier 1 (direct) suppliers are aligned with, or have a plan to meet, clearly defined environmental and social standards.

By 2025, HH Global will have 30% diverse representation at leadership level, place 15% of annual spend with small and diverse business suppliers, and ensure all people development and training programmes include DE&I principles and are completed by 100% of employees.
