GRESB has committed to reaching net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 or sooner, aligned with a maximum 1.5°C temperature rise above pre-industrial levels following the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) framework.

Validate net-zero targets
GRESB’s net-zero targets, validated by SBTi in September 2025, comprise maintaining our current level of zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions and continuing to diligently measure and reduce our Scope 3 emissions from a 2024 baseline.

Annual climate disclosure
GRESB discloses its climate approach and progress annually in line with TCFD recommendations.

Recertify B Corp status
The B Corp certification represents a pledge to continuous improvement through recertification of GRESB’s status every three years.
