Produces in Bulgaria

We produce in Bulgaria, across five factories and four workshops. Of these, three are knitwear factories and two are woven. The rest are small workshops employing one-to-four people that make our pieces. In total, there are around 750 people behind our products across the factories we work with. We work very closely with these factories, visiting them every three months on average. We have been working with most of them for more than five years.

Pays above market price

Our number one priority is that all people are paid a living wage. As such, we pay around 10-15% above the average market price for a piece of clothing.

Uses made-to-order production

Around 90% of the range is made to order meaning there is nearly no surplus stock.

Uses natural and repurposed materials

Almost 98% of our materials are natural, with more than half of our range made from pure silk. We believe we can design out waste; All of our natural materials are predominantly sourced from surplus stock. For functional purposes, such as assuring better durability or making pleated garments, we use synthetic materials that are all repurposed. Occasionally we also use Tencel or viscose and a variety of blends of natural fibers.
