Galeries Lafayette Group says it has adopted a sustainable development approach with the ambition of becoming a benchmark for ethical, responsible French-style retail. Its policy is organised around responsibility and ethics, ecological transition, and Go for Good. The group says it places people at the centre of its actions, supports employee well-being, engagement and diversity, and develops long-term partnerships with non-profit organisations. On the environmental side, it reports work on energy management, waste reduction, packaging, transport flows and circular economy measures. Go for Good is presented as a selection of more responsible products based on environmental and societal criteria.
