It also says diversity and inclusion are central to the business.

Form and Fold Sustainability Actions

Uses recycled materials

REPREVE® fabrication, a highly innovative, technical and sustainable swimwear solution is the major component in the construction of our swimwear styles. This GRS and OEKO-TEX certified fabric is made from pre-consumer waste that is recycled at one of the most advanced facilities in the United States, reducing the use of raw materials while diverting plastic bottles and pollution from landfill. Our packaging also uses recycled materials to make sure Form and Fold swim is the only thing that makes it into the ocean.

Runs a recycling program

Made from recycled fabric and premium components, our swim is designed to last. Our body however has a mind of its own. Whether it's a growth spurt, motherhood or fluctuations, bra sizes change as our bodies evolve. If the adjustable straps or adjustable back band doesn’t accomodate your size change, recycle it at one of the following bra donation centres. Email us after your donation to receive 10% off for helping women and reducing land fill.

SMETA audited factory

Our beautiful pieces are made at a factory in China which produces some of Australia’s most recognisable lingerie brands. We are very proud of our factory that has undergone a SMETA audit procedure through Sedex, to validate their high performance standards around labour rights, health & safety, the environment and business ethics.

Limits freight and shipments

Since our inception we have maintained a strong focus on limiting the number of bulk shipments we send and receive globally to help reduce our overall carbon footprint. All of our materials are sourced from the same country to reduce unnecessary logistics and subsequently our envinormental impact. We also limit our stock purchase frequency through careful stock planning and ensure all of our international wholesale orders are shipped directly from our factory to our partners which further minimizes our freight requirements and subsequent footprint.

Supplier Code of Conduct

All of our suppliers are required to sign our Code of Conduct which outlines the minimum level of labour standards that we require our partners to meet.
