Joined GRESB reporting

Elevation became a reporting member of GRESB, a framework that assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of real estate and infrastructure investments for financial markets.

Implemented Net Zero strategy

Elevation has implemented a Net Zero Carbon strategy aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Its 2024 carbon report presented the finalised net zero strategy at a corporate level and for four investment platforms using 2023 emissions as a baseline.

Purchased carbon removal credits

Following the calculation for 2022, Elevation purchased and retired 222 tonnes of verified carbon removal offsets. In 2025, it partnered with Nature Broking and Bank Farm in Kent to procure a further 174 carbon removal credits.

Adopted ESG policies

Elevation says it has an ESG and Sustainability Risk Policy and an ESG Investment Policy for Assets Under Management, and that all investments and operations are guided by its ESG Policy.

Published social framework reports

Two of Elevation’s funds, Elevation Healthcare Properties (EHP) and Elevation Credit Partners III (ECP III), have a comprehensive ESG strategy in place. As part of this strategy, Elevation produced a Social Framework and annual reports to identify key areas of focus and measure and communicate the outcomes of the investments.

Improved energy data management

Elevation partnered with EnergyElephant to create, store, organize, analyse, report, and act on all of their managed assets’ electricity, gas, LPG, gas oil, wood pellets, kerosene, water, and waste data. The system was set up to automatically pull data from 100+ buildings, including bills and meter readings for over 150 managed real estate assets.

Reduced data management time

Elevation reported that the EnergyElephant platform reduced energy and carbon data management time by more than 90% and provided a single source of truth for energy and carbon data in one central, searchable, and secure location.

Ran youth training programmes

In cooperation with the initiative to promote youth employment in the Ministry of Labour, Elevation operates three vocational training programmes for young people aged 18–35: UI/UX training with Ofakim Municipality for residents of the western Negev, Data Analyst training with an emphasis on evacuees from the north and war victims, and project management training as part of the “Tnufa laTzafon” programme. All of the trainings include professional support until placement.
