Entre finales de mayo y principios de junio, Daleph ha lanzado una consulta online a las organizaciones del sector público para saber cómo se han adaptado al confinamiento y a la situación derivada del estado de alarma, y cuál ha sido el impacto en la prestación de servicios públicos. La consulta ha recibido un total de 173 respuestas de empleadas y empleados públicos, en su mayoría en puestos de mando en diferentes niveles de la administración.

Published COVID-19 findings

La encuesta proporciona una lectura de los factores que más dificultades han generado a la hora de teletrabajar; estima los niveles de actividad en relación con el ritmo ordinario de gestión y tramitación de las administraciones; y revela los cambios en las prioridades estratégicas con respecto a la situación generada por el COVID-19, y las acciones que las personas encuestadas consideran que sus organizaciones deben abordar de forma prioritaria frente a la nueva normalidad.

Supported citiES 2030 course

Spain has taken a leading role in the European Climate Neutral Cities Mission thanks to the leadership of its cities and the support of citiES 2030. Three days were dedicated to reflect, learn, share and design mechanisms for the effective involvement of citizens and the private sector in the implementation of the Climate City Contracts in Spanish cities.

Joined climate city workshops

The programme included workshops on the diagnosis and design of more inclusive climate action plans, citizen involvement and just transition, the role of the private sector in the Mission of climate neutral cities, effective commitments to decarbonization by private actors, and private financing in the European Mission of Cities.
