Uses recycled materials

Made products locally

Since 1988, Corban & Blair has created unique collections upcycling, recycling and reusing material to minimise waste, combining design and environmental consideration to our business practice. Challenged by climate issues and the need to support local business, Corban & Blair have returned to their roots making more products locally.

Repurposed leather offcuts

We make every effort to utilise all parts of the leather in our manufacturing process. We repurpose small leather scraps into keyrings, coasters, and bookmarks from leftover pieces. Any remaining unusable scraps are sent to UPPAREL for recycling.

Carbon neutral frames

Corban & Blair have been manufacturing frames for decades with our partner manufacturer in New Zealand. All frames are handmade from plantation-grown timber. We buy carbon credits to offset emissions produced in the manufacturing of these frames and the money raised goes towards land regeneration.
