Challenge Factory Sustainability Actions

Began B Corp pursuit

For the past two years, have been pursuing B Corporation Certification. To be successful in the B Impact Assessment (powered and scored by B Lab), your organization has to demonstrate a current, existing positive impact in the categories of governance, workers, community, the environment, and customers.

Brought UN SDGs into work

We’ve worked hard to bring the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) into our work. These 17 goals unite work, individuals, and organizations around the world, elevating and connecting day-to-day tasks to broader impact.

Built diverse team

Challenge Factory is powered by a diverse, intergenerational team of core members, trusted advisors, and research professionals. We are also supported by an international advisory board.

Selected for 100% Human

Challenge Factory has been selected by Virgin Unite as its Canadian lead for the global 100% Human at Work initiative. In Canada, our focus is clear: infrastructure. We’ll work with organizations to run living experiments that surface where work isn’t working as well as it should, test new approaches inside real workplaces, explore how intergenerational talent and AI can advance a more human workforce, and generate insights that influence systems at scale.

Challenge Factory Sustainability Commitments
