Delivered 2025 consultancies

During the April–December 2025 period, KAPOK Consultores consolidated its work providing strategic support to civil society organizations, community networks, and international partners, strengthening institutional capacities, gender approaches, and planning processes with sustainable impact. Consultancies delivered included administrative and financial management manuals, gender equality policy revisions, participatory institutional diagnoses, financial sustainability diagnoses, and community leadership workshops.

Advanced XPP Copiapoa

XPP Copiapoa was recognized as one of the 15 outstanding initiatives nationwide in the first edition of ColaboraX, in the Climate Action category, promoted by CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. The program is the first pilot in Chile of the Extinction Prevention Program (XPP), a model designed by Cienciambiental that aims to act proactively in the face of biodiversity loss risk.

Published circular economy studies

The Centro de Innovación y Economía Circular (CIEC) published studies and publications on Economía Circular 4.0, including work on advances, gaps, technological opportunities and policy recommendations for the incorporation and acceleration of circular economy in the copper mining sector in Chile, Peru and Colombia.

Advised on ESG and reporting

Kueponi Consultoría states that it has accompanied more than 60 companies in ESG evaluations, social audits, applications for distinctions, rankings and recognitions; more than 25 companies in calculating carbon, water and forest footprints; and more than 18 companies in preparing sustainability reports.
