Measured carbon footprint

In 2022 we measured the carbon footprint of our business and offset our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. In 2023 we developed an Environmental Management Policy, Advice for a Sustainable Office and a Sustainability Roadmap for our business.

We know that where we keep and invest our money makes a difference, which is why we bank with an ethical, independent bank – Starling.

Pro bono contribution

Each year, we spend at least 10% of our time delivering low cost and pro bono services to charities, organisations, groups, and individuals who would otherwise struggle to access our services.

Impact projects

We support and work with others to deliver projects that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Whether we are helping women overcome adversity, helping people to cycle more often, or planting trees, we will always be striving for gender equality, equality for underrepresented populations, the development of sustainable communities, the preservation of biodiversity, and action that combats climate change.

Cut carbon emissions by half

In January 2022, we signed up to the SME Climate Hub and pledged to cut our carbon emissions by half by 2030 and to be Carbon Zero by 2050.

In January 2022, we signed up to the SME Climate Hub and pledged to cut our carbon emissions by half by 2030 and to be Carbon Zero by 2050.

Go electric

We don’t have company vehicles, but we do use our personal cars to travel to meetings and events as it’s often the most convenient way to get around our semi-rural County. We’ll be going electric as soon as practicable, and we expect this to be by 2027.
