Fresh tomatoes from Spain

The company says it uses Canary and Pear tomatoes from Southern Spain, squeezed within two hours of where they are picked for maximum freshness.

Vegan Worcestershire sauce

Longbottom says it makes its own vegan and gluten-free Worcester sauce. The FAQ states that all its drinks contain less than 20ppm of gluten and are suitable for those following a gluten-free diet.

Lower-sodium recipe

The FAQ says the product has much less sodium per serving than competitors, thanks to a specially formulated recipe and lower-sodium salt, and says it is up to 70% less sodium per serving than some other well-known Bloody Mary mixes.

U.S. packaging changes

In September 2024, Longbottom announced a bold new packaging look for its signature Virgin Mary Bloody Mary Mix and said the new, smaller 7.5oz single serve can is now mixed and packaged in the U.S. It also said the product is available in a 1 liter PET bottle.
