Palazzo Castri 1874 presents sustainability as part of its day-to-day hotel operations and its responsibility to the historic building and the Florence community. In 2024, it received ESG certification from Dream&Charme under the Hospitality Assurance – ESG Sustainability Certified program. The certification covers human rights, labour relations and working conditions, health and safety, customer management, management practices, and engagement and development of the local community. The certification is valid through July 2027, with annual audits to verify compliance and identify further opportunities for sustainability initiatives.
