Voluntary CARF accreditation

In 2012, Blue sky voluntarily sought third-party accreditation from Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accreditation is a way of demonstrating that an organization has checks and balances in place to ensure quality care.

Adopted CARE and TCI

Blue sky has adopted its Children and Residential Experiences (CARE) practice framework and its Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) programs from the Residential Child Care Project at Cornell University, internationally recognized as a leader in residential care.
