Bioelements Group SpA is a Chile-based company focused on biodegradable, compostable and bio-based packaging. Founded in 2014, it says it was created as an ecological alternative to conventional plastic and has developed more than 30 formulations. The company states that its purpose is to accelerate the transformation of the packaging industry through innovation and science to reduce pollution on the planet. It works with scientific institutions to validate or certify its products and operates in six countries across Latin America and the United States. It is also certified as a B Corporation.
