Created from leftover honey

Our Honey Whisky was initially created as a way to use up leftover honey, stuck to the frames in our hives. We soaked them in whisky, and this is how our first honey batch of Beeble was born.

We hold a deep commitment to ethical beekeeping. Our honey-harvesting practices are thoughtfully managed with the bees well-being the first priority. We will only take honey from our hives when we can ensure they have a surplus supply.

In recent years, our partnership with Idler has been dedicated to educating people about the significance of bees and nurturing a community of beekeepers. Through our beekeeping courses to date, we've proudly trained over 500 new enthusiasts.
