Signed UN Global Compact

In 2021, Axon signed the UN Global Compact and formally committed to its Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Since then, it publishes the annual COP (Communication on Progress) with audited indicators.

Renewed fleet to Euro 6

38% of the fleet was renewed to Euro 6, with a target of 100% by 2028. Axon also reports a 22% reduction in CO₂/ton-km emissions over five years (2019–2024) and 12 electric vehicles in urban operation in SP and Curitiba.

Tracked fuel efficiency

Telemetry with fuel-efficiency and eco-driving indicators is used, tied to driver variable pay. Axon also reports an annual GHG inventory audited under the GHG Protocol, covering scopes 1, 2 and partial 3.

Reverse logistics for waste

Axon operates a reverse logistics program for tyres, batteries and lubricants in partnership with ANIP and manufacturers. It also reports that 94% of operational waste has certified disposal.

Driver 360° Program

The Driver 360° Program includes nutritional follow-up, annual check-ups and free psychological support. Axon says it invested R$ 2.8 million in training and occupational health in 2024.

Axon School training

Axon School provides free training for new professional drivers in partnership with SEST SENAT. The company also states that 550 direct employees are under CLT contracts and that 42% of administrative and leadership roles are held by women.

Ethics and compliance controls

Axon has a Code of Ethical Conduct covering employees, suppliers and third parties, an external anonymous Ethics Channel operated by an independent company, an Anti-Corruption Policy aligned with Law 12,846/2013 and the FCPA, and a data policy under the LGPD with a dedicated DPO and privacy committee.

Audited governance and due diligence

100% of hires go through compliance due diligence. Axon reports 0 confirmed corruption cases in 2024, 4 independent seats on the Advisory Board, and SOC 2 Type II compliance for the Client Portal and APIs.

Community support actions

Axon supports the Complexo Pequeno Príncipe and is a partner company of Hospital Erasto Gaertner. It also carries out monthly cargo donations in partnership with the Red Cross and local food banks, and sponsors sports projects in São José dos Pinhais via the Sports Incentive Law.
