B Corp certification

In January 2023, /asbz received B Corp certification, becoming the first major law firm in Brazil to join the global community of leaders focused on building a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system for people and the planet, in line with our commitment to ESG.

Six-month parental leave

In 2017, /asbz was one of the first firms in the world to offer 6 (six) months of fully paid maternity and paternity leave, including for cases of adoption and same-sex unions.

Open numbers transparency

Since its inception, /asbz has shared its cost, expense, and income structure with all its lawyers, regardless of seniority or position. This practice promotes transparency within our community of lawyers and helps develop our future managers.

Carbon neutral in 2023

In 2023, /asbz became carbon neutral by purchasing UN-certified carbon credits to offset over 82 tons of carbon emitted in 2022. Additionally, /asbz invested in forest restoration by planting 580 tree seedlings in agroforestry systems.
