Arms Of Eve Pty Ltd Sustainability Actions

Uses durable jewellery materials

Arms Of Eve says its jewellery is made with high-quality materials such as recyclable stainless steel, 14k gold plating, and rhodium plating. It also says the pieces are waterproof, tarnish-free, and skin-friendly. The idea is to make items that last longer in everyday use, which can help reduce how often customers replace them. The brand also gives a one-year warranty on jewellery, which covers faults like broken clasps, loose settings, and faulty links.

Offers repair-style warranty cover

The brand provides a one-year warranty for its jewellery from the date of purchase. This covers certain faults, including broken clasps, loose settings, and faulty links. The warranty does not cover damage from chemicals, misuse, or normal wear and tear. While this is not the same as a full repair programme, it does show that the brand expects its jewellery to be used for a long time and sets out support if a product fails early.

Uses SEDEX-accredited makers

A SustainabilityTracker profile says that in 2023 the brand partnered exclusively with SEDEX-accredited manufacturers. SEDEX is a supply chain platform used to track labour and ethical standards, including fair pay and safe working conditions. The profile says this was meant to support fair trade manufacturing standards. This is one of the clearest third-party-linked sustainability claims in the material, although the underlying factory details are not shown here.

Mentions fair trade sourcing

On LinkedIn, the brand says it works with Fair Trade organisations that support economically challenged communities and employ artisans. It presents this as part of how its products are made and sourced. Fair trade usually means producers are paid more fairly and work under better conditions, but the post does not give audit results or certification details. So this should be read as a stated sourcing aim rather than a fully verified public certification claim.
