Our processes are designed to utilize by-products from the wine and olive oil industries, creating high-quality natural ingredients while caring for the planet. We do not destroy food to create our ingredients. We transform 100% of the raw materials we collect (such as grape and olive pomace, wine and lees) into ingredients used primarily to produce a range of products for global markets.
