Completed first DMA

In 2024, Solenis completed its first double materiality assessment (DMA) in alignment with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The scope of the assessment included newly acquired companies, including Diversey, and identified and prioritized the key material issues and associated impacts, risks, and opportunities for the business and stakeholders.

Synced data sources

In 2025, Solenis’ teams undertook and successfully accomplished the synchronization of data sources across the heritage and new segments of Solenis. The company also continued to conduct gap analyses and benchmarking to help prioritize improvement efforts and initiatives.

Submitted SBTi targets

In 2025, Solenis submitted new targets to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for greenhouse gas emissions based on a 2024 baseline.

Prepared reporting disclosures

Solenis said it is prepared to meet enhanced reporting requirements through the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Climate frameworks.

Received sustainability recognition

In 2025, Solenis again received high marks from EcoVadis, was again named a US Best Managed Company by Deloitte, and its scores with the S&P Sustainability Screened Index (S&P ESG) took a big jump.
